Celebrity couple Juancho Triviño and Joyce Pring’s union has been blessed with two kids, Alonso Eliam and Agnes Eleanor, but parenthood has not stopped them from engaging in physical fitness activities that maintain their health and well-being.
While many parents struggle to pursue fitness because of the demands associated with raising children, the Kapuso actor and host both cite their offsprings as the main reason behind sustaining an active and healthy lifestyle.

Even if it’s just 10 or 15 minutes of movement, then just focus on consistency. Be consistent for two weeks, and then eventually you’ll find your groove, and then you can increase the quantity or length of your workout,” she said.

I really want to be mindful about planning our meals for the week. I make sure everything’s balanced, we have protein, fiber, carbs. But at the same time, Juancho and I have such a sweet tooth, so complete elimination will not work for us,” she said.
“We really love getting our treats, having that balanced life. You can’t keep on restricting yourself, because you will really look for it. So for us, it’s really just about finding the right portions, being mindful,” she added.

We like going out, we like going for walks. Now we see that our children are healthier, they seldom catch colds. And growing up, that’s gonna be their environment, so that’s really important,” she said.
